My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is really convenient, close to the convention center and downtown Oklahoma City, making it easy to explore the area. However, there were some issues with the rooms and dining that affected my overall satisfaction.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms didn't cool down as expected, lacked a refrigerator, and the odd gurgling noise was bothersome at times. However, the room had a shower chair for disabled guests or elderly visitors.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit inconsistent. While some staff members were efficient and courteous, others seemed more focused on their phones than assisting guests. It was also noticed that the valet staff was understaffed due to a lack of communication.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is its strong suit, being ideal for exploring downtown Oklahoma City and conveniently close to Bricktown and the Basketball center. However, there were issues with parking, and the surroundings showed signs of neglect.
Dining
5.0
I had some disappointments with the dining experience. Confusion about breakfast times and charges left me and my spouse without the expected meal. Despite this, the staff was exceptional during our interactions.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel offered a range of facilities, but they didn't fully meet expectations. Some areas needed better upkeep, and the absence of a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient.

6.4/10
On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and in proximity to Bricktown and arena events. It's also a short distance from the concert venue and boasts a lovely pool area. However, the rooms were less than ideal with various maintenance issues, and there were communication lapses with the service staff regarding essential information. The pricing felt a bit steep considering the overall experience.
Rooms
5.0
The room had noticeable issues like a peeling tub lining, stained surfaces, and noise leakage, making it less than satisfactory.
Service
5.0
The service staff, while doing their job, lacked in providing crucial information about the hotel amenities and miscommunication regarding the deposit left a negative impression. Also, unfortunate incidents of theft were reported from the parking area.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location near the freeway and the close proximity to various entertainment and event venues were the strongest points, making it convenient for guests.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience had its flaws, from limited breakfast options and unclear timings to extra charges not adequately communicated, which impacted the overall value for money aspect.
Facilities
6.0
While the pool area was enjoyable, other facilities lacked necessary maintenance and attention, affecting the overall guest experience.
